We're hiring a Founding Partner Success Lead to be the face of Mantel with our partners (we have partners not customers). This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone with 2-6 years of experience who thrives in the field, builds trust fast, and wants to own outcomes – not just manage accounts. We're a NYC-based startup building AI-powered sales software for the $700B home services industry. Think HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage doors, and beyond. We’re helping them modernize their sales process with tools that are fast, intuitive, and AI-powered creating interactive, magical shopping experiences for homeowners.

Our partners are contractors. (We have partners, not customers.) Many are blue-collar founders who built their businesses from a single truck to one of the largest shops in their city. They're sharp, grounded, and motivated.

The Opportunity

You will be on the ground floor, owning partner relationships end-to-end and shaping how Mantel grows.

You'll be in the field on average 1-4 days a week, running onboardings & sales meetings, solving problems in real-time, and building trust with contractors who are scaling real businesses. You'll have more responsibility than you can handle - ruthless prioritization will be your goal. You’ll be working hands-on with the founders, with the chance to build a new function (Partner Success) from the ground up.

You are high slope, because this role will have an insane amount of learning and opportunity for growth as we hyperscale. You will be (and will be expected to operate as) an owner, including sizable equity and career-defining growth.

Why This Role Matters

Partner Obsession: You're the primary relationship from onboarding and beyond. You are the face of Mantel on the front line.

Growth: We are expecting 50% growth from referrals, and you are the engine behind that. Also, you are critical to welcoming new partners onto our platform, driving usage.

Product iteration: You will be the bridge between what partners need and what we build, translating insights from the field into product improvements.
